From coordinating outfits, to choosing a location and giving you the best tips for your session - we got you! We’re here to guide and help you so that you don’t have to stress! We'll get to know each other via email, text or a call and talk about all your goals and vision for the session!

Our maternity sessions are done on location (at a beach, field, city or local park) or if you want a cozy and personal session, we’ll do it in your home. We’ll make this photo experience fun and authentic to you. You’ll feel completely comfortable during your session and get beautiful, natural photos you love! And yes - dad’s and other kiddos are always welcome!

Sessions can take place anywhere from immediately following a proposal to just a few days before the wedding. We’ve found that there isn’t a “good” or “bad” time to take your photos.

We check in about two months before the wedding to start chatting about timeline specifics, special details, family formal shot lists, special traditions and anything else we should know about your big day.

HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR MY SOUTH FLORIDA MATERNITY SESSION?

First, choose 3-4 colors that complement each other. As a South Florida maternity photographer I always recommend sticking to pastels and neutral colors. Mom’s outfit should always be picked first. Flowy dresses are my favorites for mom, but my number one tip is to make sure you feel great in it! Dad’s outfit is the easiest, usually a button down shirt with colored pants (tan, khakis, etc) look great. Coordinate the colors and outfits without matching each other. Once booked you will get our exclusive client guide that will go in depth on how to pick out outfits and you’ll always have my number to ask for help! WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?

My sessions are usually pretty quick and last anywhere from 40 minutes to 1 hour. This is the perfect amount of time to get a good variety and beautiful photos! Worth Ave (Palm Beach) sessions take about 1.5 hours, just because we drive to different locations.
HOW LONG WILL MY SESSION LAST?

A happy heart :). Always bring water. If your session is on the beach I always recommend bringing towels and a change of clothes for everyone involved (Just in case). If your session is at a park I always recommend brining mosquito repellent. If you have kids, I recommend bringing neutral colored snacks. If you want sitting photos and don't feel comfortable sitting on the ground I recommend bringing a blanket (and if you don't have one, you can always ask me to bring one for you).
